Once again, Essinge Rail is awarded a silver medal by the rating agency EcoVadis. The requirements increase from year to year but nevertheless we increase our rating points. In fact, we narrowly miss the gold medal by a single point! However, Essinge Rail is among the 7% highest rated of all companies.
EcoVadis has four focus areas: Environment, Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. We are at the top in all areas except Sustainable Procurement. The result is acceptable but we can do better. We will improve here.
